AUTO LOGOUT

I’ve asked this before and was told it isn’t possible but; I really don’t think it a good feature to have to log onto the system 10-12 times a day. Why can’t you let you customers determine what is appropriate for auto logout within the setup of the system? It’s really not a useful feature at all and I’m not aware on any legal obligations to mandate the auto logout feature.

Hi Dave,
With our upcoming redesign of Encompass, this feature will be available! Customers will be able to configure the timeout for their Encompass account. That redesign will begin deployment this summer.
