Driver Roadside Inspection

Add the ability to view "All DOT Roadside Inspections", similar to the ability to view "All DOT Driver Accident/Incidents" in the Accident/Incident Tab.

Thanks, Tom. That's exactly how we will be handling the Roadside Inspections view in the Encompass Redesign that we have in process now. Please be on the lookout for more information and a request for testers for this in the coming months.
