Log Location Gaps Report

A customer of ours just had an in depth week long DOT audit. There was some instances found where their drivers (bus operation) showed gaps in locations from one log day to the next. (Off duty in Louisville Jan 10 and then On Duty in Nashville Jan 11). Unfortunately for this customer some of their drivers never logged in during their travel time in a company car as “on duty” and it resulted in some violations.

This safety director is now going to be checking their system for location gaps but its not an easy process since the system doesn’t “flag” or alert him. He asked if Encompass could do this for him.

I looked at all of our log reports in Encompass and didn’t see any that would show gaps/inconsistencies for locations and flag for someone to take a closer look. Is that something we could consider adding?
