Driver’s Remarks Field - Getting Locked Out

We have experienced many times since transitioning to ELD, the need to add a driver remark in the duty status after the trip is completed. Or even if the mobile device malfunctions or by chance loses power, you are then locked out of adding a remark to any status change that occurred previous to the malfunction. The way it currently is, once you close out for that particular logging session, you can no longer go back and add any additional remarks should you remember something you forgot. The “add remark” option is just gone so no way to get in. Under the AOBRD version you could access the “add remark” at any time which was evidently utilized by our operation much more than I realized. Would be very helpful if that option could once again become available.
